The two paragraphs below are a good representation of how I feel prior to trips to Brasil. It can sometimes seem overwhelming between coordinating all the details of a trip to the middle of nowhere (literally!) for twenty people, helping first-timers get ready, tying up everything for a business to function in your absence and assuring patients that yes, you actually will be coming back. It is amazing that it still gets done!
