I always find it interesting that people want to know what I’m reading.
I’ve currently got two in the batter’s box and three on deck.
At bat are Glimpses of the Devil by M. Scott Peck, M.D. and Visioneering by Andy Stanley. Both are almost two-thirds done (please don’t ask me why I read two books at the same time instead of completely reading one and then proceeding to the next… I don’t have a clue!). Glimpses of the Devil is fascinating and Visioneering is life ordering.
On deck but in no particular reading order are: No Perfect People Allowed: Creating a Come As You Are Culture in the Church by John Burke (strongly recommended by Vince Antonucci); Even Donkeys Speak by Mary MacDonald; and Reflecting His Image by K. P. Yohannan
On the bench (not yet released but anxiously awaited): I Became a Christian and All I Got Was This Lousy T-Shirt: Replacing Souvenir Religion with Authentic Spiritual Passion by Vince Antonucci.
Wasn’t that enlightening!
