Sorry. I couldn’t help myself . . .

We’re heading back to Brasil in July. Currently we have a crew of 10 folks signed up and will hopefully have tickets firmly in hand within two weeks.

Lots of things are on tap for this trip:

• A church and community building (?) is one of them. We’ve received preliminary plans from the contractor and are making some changes. If all goes well, we could be having a grand opening of a great tool in Ubaúna!
• Continuing the work in Paxólas. Paxólas is the ghetto of Ubaúna. Living conditions are incredibly bad. Our Adopt-A-Child program will be used to make a difference for these kids on this trip.
• Kids, kids, kids! Always we have kids when we go to Ubaúna and this trip will be no different. The theme we’ll be presenting is “Who is Jesus?” We are needing funds for materials for these VBS-type of classes. Typically we deal with 300+ kids.
• Evangelism. In January we had over 80 conversions! Momentum is building and we want to capitalize on the interest and open doors.
