One of the hardest things in the world to do is be patient.
I’ve been doing real well over the last two weeks being patient… I need just a little bit more.
I talked with Áudrey and Andréia tonight and everything is in high gear for their move. They announced to their church in Brasília last weekend that they would be leaving and tonight was their last service there. The move to Ubaúna is to take place this week!
Hopefully the movers will be gathering their belongings on Tuesday and they will be leaving on Thursday or Friday. They are excited! I am excited! Everyone seems to be excited!
We’re still needing some help in financing this move. If you are moved to assist, please do not hesitate to call me at 910.452.4060.
We are also needing a digital camera and a laptop. The laptop need is in the Pentium 4 class (it needs to be capable of running Windows XP) — if you are going to be replacing one and don’t know what to do with your old one, please consider donating it to the work in Ubaúna. A digital camera is needed to report on what will be taking place in Ubaúna; again, if you have an old one that is still functional (not a dinosaur), please consider giving it a new life on the mission field. We will be able to acknowledge your gift with a charitable donation receipt.
A banner for the new church is being painted and some materials are being printed with the logo for Gospel for Brazil (O Evangelho para o Brasil) in Ubaúna — don’t you just love the ring to that?!
Folks, this is amazing! You are about to see the work in Ubaúna go to new levels. Thank you so much for your interest and support.
