I could lead a very nice life!

Allow me to explain.

We’ve got this friend, Márcio. He’s a Brasilian who’s been here in the U.S. for the last two and a half years. He’ll be going back home in December. He may end up in the Ubaúna region in a little place called Frecheirinho as our church planter there. We’ve had many a conversation over cans of Guarana, cups of strong Brasilian coffee and plates of beans and rice while discussing the church in Brasil, the daily Jesus walk and what it should look like.

Well, my buddy Márcio called today to say “hi.” Jokingly, I asked him to bring me a nice Brasilian lunch.

An hour later he shows up with a really nice, homemade, hot Brasilian lunch for two. The queen and I feasted like pigs!

The benefits of friendship… priceless! 🙂
